These terms and conditions are set out to protect us both, happy reading!

Description of items

The description of the items are set out in each product lisitng. Any description is for illustrative purposes only and there may be small discrepancies in the size and colour. Please also know that your device screen may show a slighty different colour too. Further more, due pattern placement of fabrics each item is likely to be slighty different because they are each individually handmade.

Availability

All items that appear on this website are subject to availability. From time to time, fabrics over sell, this is normally when I offer up an awesome fabric/ offer, or when there isn’t much left. If this happens I will contact you as soon as I can to discuss options. These options will include but not limited to – a full refund, an alternative fabric or and alternative garment. 

Checking your order

It is your responsibility to ensure that any information including measurements given or used to determine size are accurate. Please refer to sizing guides and charts in each product listing, due to using several indie pattern designers, sizing can differ between different garment styles.

Each step of ordering allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting the order. It is your responsibility to check that you have used the ordering process correctly.

You must ensure that the order confirmation recieved by email is complete and accurate and inform me immediately of any errors because I’m not responsible for any inaccuracies in the order placed by you.

Delivery

I will despatch the items on time, for ready made items this will be within 1-3 working days, for pre-order items this can take 1 – 4 weeks due to time needed to sew the items first. If you order a mix of ready made and pre-order items, they will be despatched together once your order is complete. Please split the two options if you want the ready made items sent straight away.

Once they have been posted I rely on Royal Mail to deliver your items, this can be delayed in busier times. Rest assured I obtain tracking/ proof of postage, so in the unlikely event that an item is held up I can assist you with locating the item.

If an item does not arrive or goes missing in the post, please contact me as soon as possible. As stated by Royal Mail, a parcel is not deemed lost until 15 working days after posting date. After this time I will make / send out a replacement. If the item is no longer available I will contact you to discuss and alternative product. You can read more about shipping and returns here.

I post throughout Great Britain including the Isle of Man and Channels Islands. I also accept international orders, where import duties or other taxes may be applicable, these costs are the buyers responsibility.

Receiving your delivery

Upon receiving your items it is your responsibilty to check them over as soon as possible. I would rather know and put right any problems, so in the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, don’t be shy! Please drop me an email as soon as possible so I can rectify any issues.

If you are happy with your purchase please leave me an awesome review on the website, Facebook or Google. I would also love you to tag @lovedgarms in any photos on social media too. By leaving reviews, tagging me or posting photos and comments to my social media including the Loved Garms Lounge Facebook group, you are giving me permission to share these photos across these channels too.

Cancellations and returns

I accept cancellations, returns and exchanges of ready made items. However I cannot accept cancellations returns or exchanges of pre-order items or sale items unless faulty. The only exception being if I have not already cut you item ready to sew, so please contact me immediately if any problems arise with your order. You can read more about the returns process here.

Personal information

Information is retained strictly under the Privacy Policy. I may contact you to discuss your order, new products, promotions and events. I may contact you by e-mail, text, social messenger and post if these details are supplied to me and you expressly agree to this. You can update the information on your account at any time.
