HOW DO I KNOW WHICH SIZE TO GET?

If you are unsure of the size you need, please measure yourself and refer to the size guide in each individual listing for final size choice, I also offer size and fit advice for each item in the description. If you are still unsure, please contact me with a full list of measurements for advice on which size to order. If it is a preorder item, you can include your measurements in the notes section so I can verify before cutting fabrics. There is a little room for custom size alterations for preorder items, if you don’t see it in the drop down options please contact me.

ARE ALL ITEMS SHOWN ON THE WEBSITE IN STOCK?

Not all items on the website are in stock, some are available for pre-order. I make pre-order items once an order is received, these are easily distinguished in the product listing. This also gives you the chance to have a nicely fitting garment as there’s often size tweaks available.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

I accept payment by MasterCard, Visa, Visa Debit, Delta, Maestro, Solo, Visa Electron or American Express using Stripe processors. I also accept PayPal, and at events, and for locals, payment in person. No payment details are kept on this site, it is done through reliable payment processors.

DO YOU HAVE A LOYALTY AND REFERAL SCHEME?

I sure do! Points mean prizes! You will earn 1 point for every £1 spent, and can also earn £2 per referal while your friends and family get 10% off their first order.

CAN I GET 10% OFF MY FIRST ORDER?

Yes, sign up to my newsletter at bottom of the page or join up for an account. You can also change your password, request a password reset, change you email preferences or address, check your points balance and view previous orders here too.

I HAVE A DISCOUNT CODE BUT IT WON’T WORK, WHY?

If I have sent you a code which you have entered in the promo code box at the checkout and no discount is being applied, please first of all check the term and conditions and the expiry date. Sometimes codes can only be used on full priced items.
If the code is for a delivery service please ensure you select the correct service to ensure the cost is deducted.
Finally, you can also only use one discount code per transaction.
If you have checked all of the above and still the code doesn’t work, please contact me with the code you have and the items you are trying to purchase.

WHAT IS THE LOVED GARMS LOUNGE?

The Loved Garms Lounge is a Facebook group for Loved Garms Clothing. It’s a place to see what goes on in the life of a busy mum, the face behind the brand. I also love to regularly offer up deals, giveaways, and rewards to active members too.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

It ranges from £1.95-£4.95 for UK shipping depending on size, or free shipping over £100. Read more about delivery here.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

Yes you can, it’s a bit different for preorders and sale items but you can find out more in our returns and exchange policy.

DO YOU POST OVERSEAS?

Yes I do. I send these via Royal Mail international tracked and signed.

WHO MAKES THE CLOTHES?

That would be me, Hannah 🙂 Each item is individually cut and sewn by me in my Bournemouth sewing studio. In busier times I employ a local seamstress to help me keep up to date with my processing times.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY CLOTHES?

As a general rule of thumb, washing inside out at 30 degrees an dline drying will increase the longevity of your handmade clothing. Care instructions are in each product listing and care labels are lovingly sewn into each garment to.
